- Exchanges Only: We only offer exchanges; no returns or refunds are available.
- Missing Products: If you experience missing items, please submit a complaint within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- Exchange Requests: For other exchange inquiries, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Initiating an Exchange: You can initiate an exchange if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if the item does not meet your requirements.
- Documentation for Missing Products: For missing items, please provide a detailed video of unpacking the package with tags intact, along with images of the products, when submitting your complaint request via the provided number or email.
- Documentation for Defective/Damaged Products: If your product is defective or damaged, please share a detailed video or images highlighting the issue.
- Eligibility Criteria: Items must have their original tags, labels, and intact packaging and must be in saleable condition to qualify for an exchange. Products that are used, altered, in blister packs, with tampered serial numbers, scratched, or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping of New Products: Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, your new product will be shipped within 7-10 working days.
