• Documentation for Defective/Damaged Products: If your product is defective or damaged, please share a detailed video or images highlighting the issue.
• Eligibility Criteria: Items must have their original tags, labels, and intact packaging and must be in saleable condition to qualify for an exchange. Products that are used, altered, in blister packs, with tampered serial numbers, scratched, or on sale are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping of New Products: Once we receive the returned item and complete the quality check, your new product will be shipped within 7-10 working days.
